USAG Sanctioned Teams (3 or 6 meets per year in Connecticut and the surrounding areas. 4 home meets offered. States and post season meets available)
Xcel Bronze Tuesdays and/or Thursdays 6-8
Xcel Silver Mondays and/or Wednesdays and/or Fridays 5-8 (one day minimum required)
Xcel Gold Mondays and/or Wednesdays and/or Fridays 5-8 (two days minimum required)
Xcel Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5-8
